Cajun Shrimp "Boil" Foil Packets

Shrimp Boil Foil Packets - Easy, make-ahead foil packets packed with shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. It's a full meal with zero clean-up!:

Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of shrimp
12 oz Andouille sausage
3 corn on the cob, cut into 4 inch pieces
6 red potatoes, cut into larger cubes. (Boil for a few minutes while you are getting the other ingredients together to ensure your potatoes finish in the foil packets)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 TBSP cajun seasoning
2 TBSP olive oil
6 TBSP butter, room temperature
2 TBSP worsteshire
1 tsp pepper
pinch of cayenne
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp of red pepper flakes or fiery pepper blend

1. Preheat oven to 400 or preheat your grill. Make 2 large foil packets with several layers of foil. Split the ingredients into 2 packets.
2. Toss all ingredients together with seasonings (make sure your cajun seasoning blend doesn't have too much salt)
3. Cook for 25-30 minutes, maybe checking on it once and giving it a little toss.
Serve right away!
