Chopped Salad


Ingredients:
1.5 Chicken Breasts
Cherry Tomatoes
3 green onion
1/2 red onion
1 oz. fontina cheese
1 oz. parmesan cheese
2 hearts of romaine lettuce
5 slices of bacon
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup carrots


1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and a little red pepper. Sear chicken on high heat for about 5 minutes per side.  Let rest in the pan and then chop small.
2. Fry the bacon, let cool on paper towels and then chop
*You would also boil the eggs here too.  Best hard boiled eggs, add the eggs to cold water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cover for 15 minutes. Run through cold water. Best eggs every time!
3. While all that is cooking, chop all the rest of your ingredients into small, uniform pieces. It is important to have everything about the same size, including the lettuce pieces to achieve the best looking chopped salad.
4. Add everything as you go to one big bowl. Toss with Italian dressing and serve immediately.
