East Coast Shrimp Tacos
Aioli Ingredients:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 TBSP Light sour cream
1 small lime, juiced
1 TBSP tabasco
Salt, pepper, and garlic dash
Shrimp:
2 pounds of 31-40 shrimp (I thought 1 pound would be enough but clearly cooking 2 pounds was a great idea because they are all gone!
Devein, peel, and take the tails off. Season with
1/4 tsp Chipotle chili powder
1/4 tsp Fiery 5 Pepper (by McCormick)
1/2 tsp Paprika
Sea Salt and crushed red pepper; 1-2 pinches
Garnish in the taco:
Chop iceberg lettuce pretty small
Chop about 1.4 cup cilantro
Slice 1 yellow pepper
Compile all of the above ingredients in warm flour tortillas. You will love these!
