Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Sauce Ingredients:
4 TBSP Tabasco Buffalo Sauce
1 TBSP Tabasco Hot Sauce
1-2 TBSP Worstechire Sauce
2 TBSP butter
2 TSP Adobo Sauce from Chipotles in Adobo sauce can
*Adjust ingredients based on how many sandwiched you are making and hot you like you sauce.
Chicken Ingredients:
3 large chicken breast, cut in half and then hammered to thin them out.
Weber Grill Kickin Chicken Season
Grill Masters fiery 5 pepper
Hungarian (Sweet) Paprika
Gyoya Adobo seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Canola Oil
*Brush a little oil on the chicken and then season the chicken by sprinkling all the seasonings evenly over chicken. Then take your brush and make sure it is all covered.
Other ingredients:
6 Bakery Kaiser Rolls
Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Ranch Dressing
Chopped Romaine Lettuce
2 TBSP butter melted, to spread on buns
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat a large grill pan to medium high heat. Put some canola oil on the grill pan. Add the chicken 5 minutes each side. Lower the heat and keep on grill while you are getting the sauce and rolls ready.
2. Make the sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients to a small put. Heat and stir over low heat.
3. Cut the Kaiser rolls in half. Spread butter on bottom of rolls. Add the chicken, top with sauce, the with lettuce, then with cheese. Put the Ranch dressing on the top side of the bun and close.
This was a surprisingly great meal! It is better than any buffalo chicken sandwich I have had in a restaurant! I didn't drink wine with this but I think I am going to open up a red blend this evening.
