BLT

Today's meal was a simple BLT sandwich on wheat bread. You simply toast the wheat bread. Pile your ingredients on one side of your bread. Lay down romaine lettuce first, then tomatoes on the vine, sliced, then 3 slices of hickory smoked bacon, then a thin layer of lite mayo on the top piece of bread and close your sandwich.  Even having 2 of these isn't bad for you!  Best if eaten right away.


Today I may enjoy a glass of Chardonnay after I take in this beautiful weather out there today.
