Today I made one of our favorite dishes. My husband said today, man, Jules, you put your foot in this meal! (That means it was damn good)

This wine has the perfect balance. I really love unoaked Chardonnay. I was surprised by this New York wine.
The other wine from this week is a Pinot Noir from California.
