Chocolate Fruit and nut cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of imperial margariNE
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
1. Use a hand mixer for these cookies.  Mix the butter and sugar together.
2. Add eggs and vanilla and blend.
3. Add baking soda, salt and flour and blend just until combined
4. Take 1/4 cup of chocolate and melt in the microwave. I did 30 sec intervals 3 times and stirred in between. This made it nice and melty and then I blended it into the batter.
5. Add your mix-ins. You can use any dried fruit you want I just chose cranberries because that is what I had.
6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour
7. Preheat oven to 350. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough onto the lined cookie sheet. You will get about 20 medium cookies out of this batter.
8. Bake for about 17-19 minutes. Let cool and serve with a tall glass of milk.
