Fish Tacos Light

Light fish tacos
ingredient:
4 grouper fillets
4 crispy taco shells
4 soft flour shells
2 handfuls of shredded green lettuce
2 handfuls of broccoli slaw mix
2 tbsp light sour cream
2 tbsp light mayo
juice of 1 lime
dash of red wine vinegar
dash of tabasco
salt and pepper
seasoning for the fish: slap yo mam and Chipotle southwest blend
1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:
1. Season fish by rubbing gently with canola oil and seasonings
2. Mix all other ingredients for slaw, tossing to combine
3. Heat flat plan to medium high. Cook fish 2-3 minutes each side
4. Assemble the tacos with a little slaw mixture on the bottom then about 1/2 of a fish fillet in each taco.
You can serve with extra lime juice or Tabasco.
This will serve 2 comfortably, about 4 tacos each is filling
