Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
2 (1.5 pound) containers of small chicken wings
6 TBSP butter
6 cloves of garlic
Season salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika
4 TBSP olive oil
1 1/2 cups of grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Put in a large bowl with a lid. Add 2 TBSP of olive oil with the seasonings.  I didn't measure the seasonings but you do want to be generous.
2. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
3. Heat a grill pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add the wings to the grill pan. Grill.to get marks, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Add the wings on the same grill pan to the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
5. In a Food processor, blend the parmesan with Garlic.
6. When the wings come.out of the oven, toss in a big bowl with melted butter and parmesan garlic dust.
7. Serve with a side of ranch

Today I made baked zucchini slices. I simply sliced the zucchini lengthwise, brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with Garlic, season salt and pepper. Put in the oven when you put the wings in. About 5 minutes left for the wings, shave some fresh Asiago on the zucchini and put in the oven for a few minutes.
