Lemon Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients for Stir Fry:
1 jalepeno, sliced
1 large yellow squash or 2 small, diced into half moons
3 small broccoli crowns, only florets
1 large carrot, peeled and diced similar size to squash and broccoli sizes
3 chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp Weber Grill zesty lemon seasoning
1/2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 TBSP corn oil
few dashes of sesame oil

Marinade for chicken (10 minutes or up to 4 hours)
1 tsp Weber Grill Zesty Lemon Seasoning
1/2 tsp chinese five spice
10 dashes each of salt and pepper
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar

Sauce:
1 tsp ground ginger (fresh)
1 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp honey
3/4 of a lemon, juiced
1.2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP soy sauce
2 tsp Weber Grill zesty lemon seasoning
2 TBSP cornstarch (dissolved in 3/4 cup of chicken stock)

Garnish:
Green onion
Lemon Zest
sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken. Fry in 2 TBSP of corn oil and about 5 dashes of sesame oil. About 5-6 minutes total.
2. Remove chicken and deglaze wok with 1/4 cup water scraping up bits
3. Season vegetables with 1 tsp zesty lemon seasoning, 1/2 tsp five spice and salt and pepper. Add 1 TBSP corn oil and a few dashes of sesame oil to the pan and add vegetables. Cook vegetables, tossing often for about 6-8 minutes total, remove
4. Deglaze the pan again with 1/4 cup water. Scrapping up bits.
5. Whisk sauce one more time and pour in the wok.  Let simmer and thicken for 1-2 minutes.  Add chicken and vegetables back to the wok and toss to coat and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve over rice and garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and lemon zest.
