Burrata Garlic Bread

Burrata Garlic Bread
1 large loaf of french bread cut in half
Butter the bread
Sprinkle with smoke chardonnay salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes
Cut 4 burrata balls in half and place cut side down on each piece of bread - my loaf mad 8 pieces
Drizzle with truffle oil
Sprinkle with fresh herbs or fine herb seasoning.
Put under the broiler for 5-8 minutes to crisp the bread and melt the cheese. Enjoy!
