Chocolate Melting Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
Butter cooking spray
Vanilla ice cream and powdered sugar for serving
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat and then let cool for 10 minutes.
2. Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla together for about a minute to create some air.
3. Stir in the flour.
4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
5. When the chocolate and butter is cooled, mix it in.
6. Spray 4 large ramekins with cooking spray or rub with butter. Divide cake mixture evenly and neatly among the ramekins.
7. Place ramekins on a sheet tray and bake for about 20 minutes or just until the center has set. Put a toothpick in and it should come out with some chocolate on it but the top of the center should just be set, not goopy.
