Jules' Southern White Bite BBQ Sauce



Ingredients:
1.5 cups mayo
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Spicy horseradish mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP Trader Joe's Jalepeno hot sauce
5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1.5 TBSP brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
*Make sauce up to a day in advance to let flavors blend.  Store in airtight container in fridge. 

Ingredients chicken wing marinade (22 full, fresh chicken wings):
Peanut oil
2 tsp fresh minced garlic
worcestershire
Lawrys season salt
pepper
Ancho chili powder
Use just enough to coat the chicken well and let sit in a shallow 9x13 pan, covered for 2 hours or up to 10 hours.

About an hour before grilling, add more seasoning to chicken.
Smoked paprika
Sweet hungarian paprika
salt
pepper
oregano
chili powder
cumin
*If you don't have all of these use a BBQ seasoning blend.

Directions:
1. Prepare grill to 375.
2. Place chicken on the grill in a single layer with the wing tips facing up and overlapping slightly with the chicken meat next to it.  If you avoid the wing tip on the grill at first you will avoid burning and it will be juicy and edible in the end. 
3. Turn at the 15 minute mark.
4. Continue cooking with the lid closed. Every 5 minutes check to make sure you don't have flare ups or hot spots. Turn pieces to cook evenly.  Total cook time 40 minutes.
5. Serve with Jules' White Bite BBQ Sauce.

By far one of my best!!!!!! Gotta try!
