Beer Brats in a Blanket

Ingredients:
1 package of Johnsonville Beer Brats (5 brats)
1 light beer
1 and a half packages of crescent dough
Chili powder
Mustard of your choice
TJ's Spicy Pickles

Directions:
1. In a copper pan, sear the bratwurst over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side. I added 1 TBSP oil to my pan to prevent burning.
2. Add in the beer and simmer each side for 5 minutes. All beer should be evaporated.
3. Turn off heat and let cool.
4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375.
5. Cut bratwursts in half. Use one triangle of dough per half.
6. Before wrapping, sprinkle the inside of the dough with a little chili powder. Wrap the wursts tightly and place on cookie sheet.
7. Spray them with cooking spray before placing them in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
8. Serve with spicy pickles and your favorite mustard.
