6 Herb Pesto

This herb pesto makes about 2 cups. There are so many herbs I packed an 8 cup food processor 2 separate times and then combined them in a bowl. 

First food processor:
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup parsley
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup parmesan
1 TBSP roasted red peppers (from the jar)
1 TBSP pepitas
1 fresh jalepeno

Second food processor: 
1 cup basil
4 large sage leaves
1/4 cup rosemary
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 TBSP pickled jalepenos (from the jar)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP pepitas
1 TBSP juice from pickled jalepeno jar
pinch of red pepper flakes and salt

Combine both batches in a bowl and mix together or add the first batch back to the food processor once the second batch is processed and pulse to combine. Enjoy on steaks, shrimp, vegetables or anything grilled or roasted.
