Guajillo chicken skewers



Ingredients: 
3 TBSP Aji picante peppers from jar
1 jar of guajillo pepper adobo (Frontera brand), available on Amazon
2 tsp garlic paste
2 TBSP Tabasco
3-4 TBSO canola oil
2 TBSP buttermilk
Juice of 1/2 lime
About 3-4 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Marinate cut up chicken pieces 4-6 hours with all above ingredients

Cooking Instructions: 
1. Skewer chicken on a stick
2. Preheat grill to 350. 
3. Grill skewers for 20-25 minutes or until nicely charred and cooked through. 

Serve with rice or corn on the side and additional hot sauce. 

If you need this dish spicier, when it comes off the grill, top it with Dirty Dick's Hot pepper sauce with a tropical twist. For a milder sauce, use a jalepeno garlic cream hot sauce.
