Molasses BBQ Sauce (My brown brown sauce)
Inspired by Pat's BBQ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
Combine:
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup molasses
1 TBSP worcesteshire
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Louisana hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cherry habanero jelly
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup molasses
1 TBSP worcesteshire
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Louisana hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cherry habanero jelly
Heat slowly in a pot, stirring often. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes to thicken up. Stir and taste. This makes about 2 cups of sauce.
