Today I am making a repeat recipe, Shrimp and Scallop Bake from March 4th. This is a favorite of ours. This dish was inspired by a dish I always ordered when I was younger, Baked Spaghetti from Barnelli's in Chicago. Everytime we went to this place, I wouldn't order anything else but Baked Spaghetti. So, now I just remade it without a red sauce and added shrimp and scallops. Check it out.
