Sunday Macadamia Cookies and Flavored oils

Flavored oil mixtures
Spicy - 4 chopped cherry peppers, 1 sliced jalepeno, 1 TBSP cilantro, pinch of red pepper, peanut oil
Italian - 3 sliced garlic cloves, 1 TBSP parsley, 1 TBSP basil leaves, pinch of red pepper, olive oil


White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cups sugar
*Cream together
2 eggs
1 1/2 cap fulls of vanilla
*Mix together
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking
2 1/2 cups of flour
*Mix together just until combined
1 package of white chocolate chips
1 8 oz package of macadamia nuts
*Toss to combine
Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350
Put parchment paper on cookie sheets and make 12 loosely formed cookie balls. These are going to be huge cookies so make sure you put them far enough apart. Press dough out just a little bit to make saucer-like shapes. Bake for about 17-19 minutes. If your oven doesn't cook perfectly even, turn the trays around halfway through cooking.
Cookies will stay soft and moist for 3-4 days if you keep them covered with plastic wrap.
