Chocolate filled Strawberries
Ingredients:
1 pint of strawberries
empty egg container
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
8 Andes mints
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
Core the strawberries carefully with a pairing knife. Stand up the strawberries in the egg container. In 20 second increments, melt all the ingredients in a bowl in the microwave. Stirring in between. Carefully use a spoon to drop the chocolate into the strawberries. If the chocolate is too hot, it will pour over and get messy. If this happens, just let your chocolate sit for a minute and then try again.
Top with colored sugar, nuts, whipped cream, or nothing.
