Meatball Pizza

Ingredients:
1 pound of meatloaf mix group beef
2 store bought pizza crusts (Pillsbury or the like)
16 oz. shredded italian blend cheese
1 28 oz jar/can of sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
italian seasoning blend
red pepper flakes
1/4 cup, parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
3 TBSP bread crumbs
3 TBSP milk
olive oil
cornmeal

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Please pizza stones or sheet trays in oven to preheat.
2. Combine your meat with bread crumbs, milk, seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll about 12 meatballs and place on foil lined cookie sheet.  Spray with cooking spray. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, roll out your dough over corn meal, the size of your pizza stone or tray.
4. Heat up the sauce, add 2 cloves of garlic and some seasoning to your sauce.
5. Add garlic powder to about 1/4 cup olive oil. Stir.  Brush the crust with this seasoned oil.
5. Bake the crust with no toppings for about 8 minutes.
6. Quickly remove from the oven. Top with Sauce, cheese, oregano, red pepper, italian seasoning and meatballs around the edge.  Return to the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Note: If you dont prebake the crust, the center will be soggy.  If your crust is getting to dark, put foil over it or lower the temperature of your oven.  Also, you could buy the pre-baked pizza crust in the freezer section

Enjoy with a nice Italian primitivo or italian red blend.
