Salted caramel martini
1/4 Cup rumchata
1/4 cup baileys salted caramel
1/2 cup caramel vodka
1.5 oz creme de cocoa
1/2 cup coffee ( cooled )
Salt
2 caramels
Mix all ingredients and a pinch of salt in a shaker with ice. Put one caramel at the bottom of your glass and the other on a coffee cktail stick. Shake the martini and pour over caramel. Garnish with another pitch of salt and the caramel on a stick.
