Corn Flake Sweet Snack Bombs

Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter
10.5 ounce bag of mini marshmallows
4 cups of corn flakes
1/2 cup soft caramels (i used the little bites)
1.2 cup chocolate chips
sea salt for garnish
a few more caramels and/or chocolates for garnish

Melt the butter in a large pot.
Add in the marshmallows and combine until completely melted.  Use low to medium heat to make sure this doesn't burn.
Put to lowest heat and add the corn flakes and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
Turn off the heat.
Add in the caramels and chocolates and toss gently.
Spray 2 spoons with cooking spray and set up a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Working quickly, spoon out a little mixture and form into "balls" or "bombs" like shown in the picture.  Press them together to make sure the marshmallows make everything stick. Garnish with another caramel and chocolate chip and a sprinkle of salt.
Let set uncovered for at least an hour. Then store in an airtight container or covered tightly with plastic wrap.

We ate these the first night during a movie.  Great movie snack!  the second day, I added them into an ice cream sundae with chocolate and caramel sauce.  Yum!
