Jamaica Hot Pepper Shrimp!
Ingredients:
1 pound of shrimp (8 to a pound)
1 tsp old bay seasoning
2 tsp pink Himalayan salt, pepper garlic mix
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp all spice
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 habaneros, Seeded and minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice from 1/2 of a lime
1/2 cup seafood stock
2 tbsp canola oil
Directions:
Squeeze lime over shrimp, toss and then rinse.
Combine all other ingredients except oil and stock. Toss shrimp and refrigerate for an hour.
Heat a Dutch oven with oil to medium. Toss in the shrimp, butter and stock and cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes over medium low.
Stir once halfway through.
Serve with buttery toasty bread, if desired.
