Maple Bacon Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chips Cookies
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp maple extract
1 TBSP Maple syrup
3 TBSP Bourbon
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Heaping 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
Heaping 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
10 slices of crisp bacon, chopped
Then add 2 1/14 cups of flour and mix.
Preheat oven to 350.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
The dough will be sticky. You can chill for 15 minutes to help with that but not necessary.
Dollop about 12 cookies per tray and bake for 13-15 minutes. You should just start to see the edges get light brown and pull them right away.
Let cool on tray for at least 15 minutes before moving to a platter.
