"Napa" Salad with Hazelnut Vinaigrette inspired by Grub Burger Bar



Ingredients for Hazelnut Vinaigrette - pulse it up in a blender!
1/3 cup of hazelnuts or toasted almonds
1/4 cup olive oil
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 TBSP white wine vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup hazelnut oil
salt and pepper

Ingredients for salad:
1/2 pound bacon, cut into bite size pieces and fried
8 oz container of strawberries, sliced
1 cup toasted almonds
8 oz crumbled goat cheese
Mixed greens (with arugula, kale, frisee, baby lettuce)
8 oz container black mission figs, sliced in half

This salad is so fresh and light and really packs the flavor! Enjoy with a nice Pinot Grigio from California!
