Chicken Shawarma Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients for chicken:
3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp cardamom
2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp salt
2 TBSP olive oil

Ingredients for tray:
2 large bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 purple onion, sliced
1 cup peppadew peppers

Ingredients for dressing:
1 cup tahini
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

Optional: Pitas, cucumber and tomatoes for serviing

Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the spices and yogurt. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Prepare a sheet pan with foil and cooking spray. Arrange chicken, onion, peppers and peppadews on sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Cook for 20 minutes
5. While the chicken is cooking, whip up the dressing.
6. Place pitas by oven to warm them
7. Serve tray with pitas on the side to make your own chicken shawarma pita
