Halibut and Shrimp Ceviche with Pineapple

Ingredients:
8 oz halibut, diced
8 oz shrimp, diced
2 jalepenos, diced
1 hot red pepper, diced
1 can of pineapple rings, diced
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 lime, zest and juice
3 TBSP hot salsa
1 red onion, diced
1 pint of cherry tomatoes, quartered
salt and pepper

Combine and let sit for 4 hours or more. Serve with tortilla chips.
