Double Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel Cookies

 

Ingredients: 

2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup chocolate chunks

1 cup salted caramel morsels

1 tsp salt

Directions: 

1. Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy. 

2. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. 

3. With the mixer on slow, add in all the other ingredients. 

4. Preheat the oven to 350 and line two cookie trays with parchment paper. 

5. Scoop cookies on the trays. You should be able to make 12-14 cookies. 

6. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until puffed up and just done on the outside. (switching positions in the oven halfway through)

7. Let cool on sheet for 10 minutes and then move to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
