Brisket and Wine

Today I heated up a brisket from Black's BBQ in Lockhardt, Texas.  They ship BBQ to you, anywhere.  It is already smoked and cooked and comes frozen to your doorstep.  All you have to do is defrost it, heat it in a 350 degree oven for about 45-60 minutes. I slathered it with BBQ sauce and I made Brisket nachos with it.

This wine had depth of flavor that kept changing sip after sip. I enjoyed this wine with the brisket nachos but also with a Godiva chocolate truffle after dinner.
