Steakhouse Wedge Salad, version 2

Salad Ingredients:

1 Roma Tomato
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 pound of bacon
2 heads of iceberg lettuce
1 bag of candied pecans
6 oz of Asiago cheese, diced into small pieces
Fresh Ground Pepper

Dressing Ingredients:

1/2 cup light ranch dressing
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 TBSP garlic, minced
3 teaspoons of lemon juice, plus the zest of 1 lemon
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP pepper
1 TBSP italian seasonings
1/2 TBSP onion powder
1/2 TBSP salt

Mix the dressing and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. You can make the dressing the night before if you wanted. To set up the salad, but a head of lettuce in 4 pieces and take out the center part with the yellow-ish lettuce. Place 1-2 quarters on a plate and top with all the other ingredients.  Drizzle dressing over and serve. If you are one that likes a lot of accouterments on your salad you will want to double the cheese, tomatoes, pecans, and bacon portions.
