Roasted Vegetables with Mustard vinaigrette


2 TBSP melted butter
1/4 cup dijon mustard (I used half yellow and half spicy brown mustard)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Roasted potatoes, broccoli and onion with lemon pepper seasoning and paprika. Roast at 375 for about 35-45 minutes. Drizzle with mustard.
