Spiced Grilled Maple Carrots

 Ingredients: 

1 bunch of carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch carrots like fingers. 

sweet paprika

cumin

salt and pepper

canola oil

maple syrup


Directions: 

Toss carrots in seasonings (be generous) and canola oil. Put on in a grill basket over low heat for about 20 minutes, tossing occasionally.  Towards the end turn up the heat to get some color on the carrots. When you take them off the heat, place in a bowl. Toss with maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
